Adding a custom website for web based SSO

Adding a specific Website

  1. Log into your AuthAnvil On-Demand Tenant.
  2. Select SSO manager.

  3. Select the Green plus sign in the bottom right.

  4. Select the Green Cloud Icon with the up arrow.

  5. Enter the Web Password Auth URL Submission.

    Note: Make sure you are entering the full URL including https:// 
  6. Select Submit.


Checking the status

  1. Select Workflow Requests
  2. When the workflow shows Created status you can continue.

  3. Select the three vertical dots to the right of the app name

  4. Select Validate.

  5. Validate the new Workflow.

  6. Select Create Test App.

  7. Select Launch Test.

  8. If the test is successful select Yes.

  9. Name the Application.

  10. Select a logo for the Application.

  11. Enter the Application Company.

  12. Select Create Application.

  13. Select Application is enabled.
  14. Select Permissions.

    Select the appropriate group to access the application.
  15. Select Save Changes.

When adding the website fails

If you attempt the above and the website mapping does not succeed then you will need to create the workflow manually.

Uploading a custom built workflow into your AAoD tenant

  1. Log into your AuthAnvil On-Demand Tenant.
  2. Select SSO manager.

  3. Select Workflow Requests.

  5. Select the Green Cloud Icon with the up arrow.

  6. Select Workflow File.

    Navigate to the SAML file you have manually created using either the Workflow Recorder or Workflow Editor.
  7. Select Upload Workflow.

  8. Select the three vertical dots to the right of the app name

  10. Validate the new Workflow.

  11. Select Create Test App.

  14. Name the Application.
