What can you do when Push is not available?

If you have an AuthAnvil Authenticator token registered with an active tenant and for any reason you can not use push try the following.

Select continue without push. From that point on, you will not get push notifications at all, and the token will simply be an OTP (One time password) generator. 

If you are working with a VPN as example you would normally want push to work for ease of use. However if you have no way of doing that then including your OTP with your On-Demand password would allow you to log in.

Example: Your VPN connection credentials might be john.smith, you would enter your username john.smith and your password (password,OTP) to authenticate.
