I did not receive my email for enrollment

If you or your users have not received your enrollment email after signing up for AuthAnvil On-Demand please follow these steps.

  1. Mail Servers trusts email from @mg.kaseya.com, @Kaseya.com @authanvil.com
  2. SPAM filters trusts email from @mg.kaseya.com, @Kaseya.com @authanvil.com
  3. Local Users mail application trusts email from @mg.kaseya.com, @Kaseya.com


This should resolve any issues with receiving the emails.
